PRODUCTION MACHINERY & SERVICES
Precision CNC production and certified welding from first cut to final coat.
CNC Laser Cutting (Sheet & Tube)
Laser cutting is our go-to for clean, accurate work on sheet and tube. Edges come off smooth and holes land where the drawing says, so parts move to the next station without extra cleanup. Runs the same whether you need one piece or a full production order.
CNC Flame Cutting (Plate)
Flame cutting is how we handle heavy plate. It takes thick structural stock and large parts a lot of shops won't touch, and holds shape across the whole piece. Good fit for base plates, weldments, and anything where the thickness is the hard part of the job.
CNC Plasma Cutting (Sheet & Tube)
When you need parts fast and in quantity, plasma gets it done. It runs quick on sheet and tube and still leaves a clean, weld-ready edge. It's the practical choice when throughput matters more than a mirror finish.
CNC Forming & Metal Bending (Sheet & Tube)
Cutting a part flat is one thing; bending it right is another. Our press brakes, benders and rollers hold consistent angles and radii, so parts come out matching the print and fitting the assembly the first time. Fewer bad bends means less rework on your end.
CNC Machining (Milling & Turning)
For features you can't cut or bend into a part, we mill and turn them in. That covers bores, threaded holes, pockets, and tight surface finishes held to your tolerances. When the geometry gets complicated and the numbers get precise, this is where that work happens.
Certified Welding (MIG, TIG; all metals)
Our welders can be certified to complete whatever procedure required. Everyday operations include welding with MIG and TIG and we can weld all metal types. Welds are built to hold under real load, from heavy structural joints to clean cosmetic work. Certification here is the baseline, not a bonus.
Hole Tapping (Metric & SAE)
We tap threads in-house, metric and SAE, so parts leave ready to bolt together instead of heading to another shop first. Threads come out clean and to gauge whether it's a few holes or a few thousand. One more finishing step we keep under our own roof.
Industrial Coating (Plating, Powdercoat & Wet)
A part has to survive wherever it ends up, so we plate, powdercoat, and wet-coat to spec. Coatings go on even for real corrosion and wear protection, plus the look the job calls for. You get the part finished here instead of shipping it out and waiting for it to come back.
